The Carter Skirt by Ownley is a reversible contrasting midi skirt made in our super soft Rainbow Blur fabrication. It features a fold over, gathered waistband to flatter the body and can be styled high or low rise. Pairs perfectly with the Aly Contrast Tank for effortless styling.
